S2-Crop service specifications are under development.

Service Description

The Crop health indicators (S2-Crop) service performs calculation of temporal statistics of relevant vegetation indexes over crop areas.

The S2-Crop processing service allows to perform a trend analysis of a vegetation index (namely NDVI) obtained from a time series of Sentinel-2 images, in order to assess the trend of the health of agricultural and/or forested areas.

In the ADB SC 115944 INO project such trend analysis was done using monthly composite of Sentinel-2 images, while the S2-Crop processor can be applied to any temporal pace by exploiting the NDVI processor service hosted in mCube.
